We provide premium, chauffeur-driven transport across Ireland, catering to both leisure and corporate clients (“Services”). Each service is tailored with professionalism, comfort, and local expertise to ensure a seamless travel experience.

  • Communications related to your booking including emails, messages, feedback, customer support, reviews etc.
  • Optional health data in special cases where such information is required due to Customer’s accessibility or mobility needs or in cases concerning public health compliances such as COVID-19 restrictions.
1.2 Data Collected Automatically

Certain data is automatically collected when you visit our website via the use of cookies, server logs etc. This data is mandatory for proper functioning, security, and performance analysis of our website. Automatically collected data includes:

  • IP address and general geographic location (based on IP).

Relevant authorities or legal bodies, if the same is mandated by the law, such as Garda, transport regulations etc.

4. International Transfers

If your Personal Data is required to be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), then we ensure the following safeguards:

Using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect the rights of Data Subjects. SCCs maintain uniformity and are pre-approved, thereby reducing any ambiguity during such transfers. SCCs mitigate legal risks and demonstrate accountability of Data Processors.

Ensuring that the country the data is being transferred to has Adequacy Decision (AD) norms in place, which ensure that the said country adheres to an adequate level of data protection. The European Commission (EC) has the authority to issue AD for non-EEA countries.
